These Terms of Service govern restaurant use of DineHub, a QR ordering, pay-at-table, and restaurant operations platform operated by Bookify SARL-S. The signed restaurant order form, service agreement, and Data Processing Agreement may add or override terms for a specific restaurant.
DineHub is a product of Bookify SARL-S, with registered office at [LEGAL ADDRESS], registered under [RCS NUMBER], VAT [VAT NUMBER].
Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their account details, menu data, table setup, staff permissions, payment settings, and operational modes. Restaurant owners and managers must keep staff access up to date and remove access when staff members leave.
At launch, DineHub uses Track A payment routing: the restaurant connects its own Stripe account and receives guest payments directly through Stripe Connect. DineHub provides the software layer and does not act as the restaurant's bank, payment account, or merchant of record for guest bills unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
DineHub is designed for live restaurant operations, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Restaurants should maintain reasonable fallback procedures for internet outages, payment processor outages, POS outages, or device failures.
Data protection terms are described in the DineHub Privacy Policy and GDPR/DPA page. Restaurants remain responsible for their own privacy notices to guests where required.
Bookify SARL-S may update these terms as DineHub evolves. Material changes may require restaurant owners or managers to accept a new version inside the DineHub dashboard.
